Terms and Conditions

Stand-alone appointments

Appointments

Appointments will be booked via my online calendar. Payment for stand-alone appointments is due at time of booking.

New patients must attend an intake appointment where a full medical history will be taken.

Follow up appointments will then be scheduled for every 4-5 weeks. Missing follow up appointments for 3 or more months may mean that a new intake appointment is required.

Consultations will be conducted via Zoom.

Prescriptions

Prescriptions will be provided as and when necessary, typically at your appointment. Occasionally I may prescribe more or less frequently as indicated by the changes we are seeing.  All prescriptions will be tailored to your specific needs and will include directions for taking the remedies.

Remedies are not included in the fees and you will have to order these in a timely manner as per your prescription. The details of homeopathic pharmacies you can use to order your remedies will be provided.
In some cases, I will also recommend specific supplements, along with details of how these can be ordered and when to take them.

Other medications

Homeopathy works independently and you are not required to stop any other medication you are currently taking. However, if you believe you no longer require certain medications, you will need to discuss any changes with your GP or medical practitioners.

Refund Policy

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48hrs before they are due. Any refunds will be provided minus any processing fees and will be processed in GBP so you may receive a different amount if the cuurency exchange rate has changed.

You can reschedule appointments up to 48 hours in advance. Refunds for packages will be calculated following the deduction of:

  • Processing fees
  • Any appointments already taken place, at my regular rates

Please note: applying for a refund before the package is complete means losing the lower rate charged for appointments purchased as part of that package.
